Danielle Medina, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Food With a Conscience has a Masters of Science Degree from Montreal University and has worked as a Consultant in Dietetics for over two decades. She has won numerous awards and accolades, including 11 medals at the Frankfurt Culinary Olympics, a Silver Mercury Award for Integrated Food and Services Quality Management from the International Food Catering Association, two Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee medals (awarded to Canadians who made a significant contribution to their fellow citizens) and was named Consumer’s Choice Business Woman of the Year.
